• Recipe videos and content are owned by their respective YouTube creators
• FoodGPT's algorithm, design, and branding are our intellectual property
• Users retain ownership of any content they create or upload
• By using the Service, you grant us a license to display your saved recipes and preferences for functionality purposes

6. Third-Party Services

FoodGPT integrates with YouTube for video content.

• YouTube's terms and conditions apply to video content

6A. YouTube Integration and Video Content

• All recipe videos are hosted and owned by YouTube and their respective creators
• FoodGPT embeds publicly available YouTube videos using YouTube's official embedding API
• We do not host, store, or redistribute video content
• We are not responsible for:

• - Video content accuracy, safety, or quality
• - Video availability (creators may delete or make videos private)
• - Copyright or licensing of video content

By watching videos on FoodGPT, you agree to comply with YouTube's Terms of Service. If you believe a video infringes your copyright, please contact the video creator directly or report it to YouTube. We will remove embedded videos upon receiving a valid takedown request.

7. Disclaimers

• FoodGPT is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee recipe accuracy, nutritional information, or cooking results
• AI-generated content may contain errors - always verify instructions before cooking
• We are not responsible for allergic reactions, food safety issues, or cooking accidents
• Recipe suggestions are for informational purposes only
• Video content is provided by third-party creators and we do not verify its accuracy or safety

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages resulting from third-party video content.

9. Premium Features

• Some features may require a paid subscription in the future
• Pricing and terms will be clearly displayed before purchase
• You may cancel subscriptions at any time
• Refunds will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
